Mend Switch Red Light Flashing Indicate

How can i fix my B&Q WDH-610HA Dehumidifier?

it wont switch on the RED light keeps flashing to indicate that its full. when I turn the switch to off the red light continues to flash, only goes off when I switch of at plug. can anyone help, thanks
