as with any engine stood for three years you will need to do a major service on the machine. the battery will need replacing and the fuel system stripped and cleaned. any old fuel will need to be binned. remove the plug and squirt a drop of oil into the cylinder before turning the engine over. you will then be able to see if she attempts to fire up. if not its time for a bit of fault finding. is there a spark, is fuel getting to cylinder etc.
