It keeps turning itself off & we have to turn it off at the wall before it will come back on again and the water is not staying hot - What is wrong with it?
Could be a lot of things, you need to be more specific with the "turning off" statement, any error lights? Sudden blasts of heat before she shuts off, is the heating all OK?
