My fabric conditioner doesn't get removed from the detergent drawer as it should do on completion of the wash. I have a Meile novotronic w 310. I've given the machine several washes on long and maximum heat cycles in an attempt to clean the machine as recommended by Meile. I've a cleaner from white goods arriving but don't hold out much hope so assume will have to get it repaired by meile.
Take the drawer out and wash it out by hand. That or call your local repair centre. You don't have to call Miele who will be more expensive than your local.
