Take off filter tube. Get a 10mm socket on a long extension & undo 10mm hex. head bolt down bottom of agitator tube. Then pull agitator up & out. I have struck a few in the past that idiots have super glued in place. If that has happened & yours won't pull off the shaft then you will probably have to break it & buy a new one.
