If you can hear a humming sound then that is the drain pump trying to spin so it must be getting power to it. Usually does that if something is blocked in the pump. Maybe that is why you got the error code 37. Pump may of been okay & no need for the new one. I suggest you empty as much water out as possible by hand with a jug. Pull machine forward and tip it back as far as possible against the wall. Look under front R.H. side & locate the pump. Try spinning the plastic fan on the pump. It should be free & easy to turn. If it is catching on something, take the pump out & fish around inside the bowl opening for any rubbish.

Yea it hums and counts down in time but won't drain

Does the pump run at all or make any noise. Put machine on, advance to final spin , press start and listen. Any noise, even a humming sound? Let me know then I can advise you further.
