scenic of plate pls help!!!?

Hi. I have a renault scenic expression 2004 plate. The other day my number 4 heating dial wouldn't work. Then today none of the heating options work 1..3. I have checked the fuse box in the glove box but the fuses seem fine. Any help Grateley needed as not much money. Thank you for reading.
