boiler and pump are working, but rads are not getting hot?

Hi

My boiler (Potterton Kingfisher II) is working, as is the timer switch and pump. The radiators however, are not heating up. I've tried bleeding them but to no avail. Could it be a blockage in the pipes?

i recently went to one and the burner had a build up of lint over it which was making a 'cooler' flame then the fan was sucking the heat straight up, a good clean out of the injectoor and burner and it was like new. i was scratching my head for a while but sorted it in the end
