It is a 5.5kg machine. On REGULAR, MEDIUM, COLD WASH it stops after the wash cycle, beeps with PERM PRESS lit up and won't empty water. I have tried turning on/off and running a different cycle.
Turn it on and set up as normal but advance through to final spin then press start. Does it drain the water? If not then you need to check the drain pump. Manually drain the water by lowering drain hose down and catch the water in a bucket until empty. Then remove & open up drain pump and see if it has an obstruction in it.
