citreon dispatch 20.turbo 62 model?

my citreon is running ok one minute then blows loads of white/blue smoke out.sometimes realy bad.then stops.its like that all time.smoking then not,could anyone help?

a turbo wastegate sticking open can cause this as it dumps the air pressure but the injector pump still floods the cylinders with diesel, the pump wont know if there is no turbo pressure hence the smoke out the exhaust which clears as the boost pressure & diesel injection meet there proper levels.
