He 30 ISAR boiler heating coming on when not set to?

My ideai he 30 boiler is set on timed but continually keeps coming on when not suppose have had new diverter valve and programmer any ideas please

Yes - my idea is this.

Your boiler may well have a frost-stat that works independently of the timer/programmer.

Often in cool areas like a garage - comes on about +4°C - intended to stop the pipes freezing.

Your repairs were unnecessary.
