I have an error code f5, checked the outlets , horse, drainage and pumps,all has been cleaned and checked. What could possibly be the problem. The cycle always stops on 29 mins for some reason, the dishes doesn't get washed clean at all, as well as the water doesn't seem to get hot. Which means the water is always cold, and the dishers is greasy.
Have you considered that the heating element that gets the water hot might be defective and that the machine needs a new one to be fitted.
I mean - the cycle always stops at the same point - the water does not get hot - the dishes remain greasy. Looks very much like the element in the room to me.
