99 passat 4-cylinder turbo doesnt move?

i had my clutch replaced about 5 months ago and recently came across a problem. I backed my car up in a driveway and went to put it into first and the car would not engage. It goes into gear but will not move. It just rebs up. It seems a little to soon to have clutch problems again, unless the last guy did something wrong. what should i do?
