Hi my pvc door is locked,when i turn the key it keeps going round and round.I know i need a new lock but how do i get the door open to replace the lock.Any advice would be gratefull,ta.
You may need a locksmith. They have a tool. They will take the handle off to expose more of the lock, then they will snap the lock to remove it. A replacement lock is not expensive, but you have to add the locksmith costs. I had to do similar when I moved into my house. One door was locked and I wasn't given the key.
