Help on how to fix my dimplex clb20r?

Hi, I have a dimplex CLB20R series E electric heater and I'm getting no light effect or heat from it, I've checked the the fuse and had a bit of a nose for any burnt wires or damage to the heating element but can't see anything obvious. Didn't know if any one has had this issue or know what it could be? Thanks

Only do this if your'e confident and competent.Unplug.Turn the fire upside down and remove the 4 screws holding the heater box on and the screws holding the connector box on,carefully hinge the heater box box back,there are 2 cutouts in the element one has a red reset button press it to reset if it clicks refit everything and test
