Mend Earlex Steamstation Stopped Heat Completely

Fault with Earlex Steamstation?

My Earlex stopped steaming and doesn't heat up. I have emptied it completely and refilled again,does not heat up. The lights come on and it doesn't pressurise as they just both stay on.Can you half please?

The heating element causes the water to heat up and make steam and the steam results in pressure.

It probably follows that with no pressure and no steam and no heat that the heating element is defective.
