keypad not working on Accenta G3?

Hi. I have accenta G3 alarm. The 0 and 9 buttons on keypad have stopped working as those two numbers form part of my user code I can no longer set my alarm. The alarm was installed in house when I moved in so have no idea of the installer.

It may be a case of the keys require cleaning - inside the key pad casing! Attempting to get into it will cause a tamper fault. Unless you know the engineer code - default is 'prog' '9999' - it might be best to get hold of reputable company -NSI or SSAIB - who will try and help.
