Mend Honeywell Accenta 8 Pressed Alarm Press

Accenta 8?

My granddaughter pressed the attack alarm in a bedroom, alarm went off, my son entered the alarm code but didn't press Reset, the attack light is showing on the Accenta 8 panel and the strobe light on the outside bellbox is flashing, how do I stop the strobe light and reset the panel?

Reset the panic alarm button with the plastic key provided - the button should jump out to previous position. Next, reset the alarm with your code, press x or reset on key pad to put into day use, strobe should stop flashing
