Redwing selectronic premier?

The shower isn't getting hot anymore even when you turn the temperature up. Please could you give advice have looked on the online manuel followed instructions but still doesn't get hot, water is tepid

It's either an element that's open circuit or a relay that's not working only testing will prove it
