How to fix a Dimplex Opti Myst fire?

The heater, remote control, lamps/opti myst all working, but when on flame effect only the unit switches itself off after a short time (30 mins) to restart I have to power off/on with the main heater switch then it works for another short period. The water level and myst unit OK

If you look in the back there is a hinged door held with 2 screws on the older models there is a connector that sometimes burns up it just needs replacing
