May be a blockage in the pump or the pump may be faulty or there is no power going to the pump to make it go. Start by looking for a blockage in the pump. If no blockage or rubbish in the pump or drain hose then the pump & the power supply (control board) will have to be tested. You will need to call someone out for that.
