Your whatever it is (One assumes washing machine but you didn't say) is trying to tell you something is wrong.

A quick Gooogle search for your make and model of machine (which you assumed we didn't need to know and didn't say) plus the words "fault codes" and possibly another Gooogle search, again for your make and model of machine but this time with the words "Quickwash and spin ligts flashing" may throw something up.
