Please help me turn on my treadmill?

HELP NEEDED--- ASAP 5-4-21 TREADMILL VINTAGE LIKE NEW 2002  

Can you please send this request to a responsible person who can help me ? My goat ate my owners / operating manual. How can I down load a copy or otherwise get one ?? My 92 year old aunt just gave me a SPORT CRAFT MODEL 04020 ELECTRIC TREADMILL               MFG 6/02 , FILE # E219159. 

 It appears in good shape but has no operating manual; and I can not get it to turn on.   I am 72 and my heart doctor said last week, that this tread mill will be helpful to me.  

Can you please send this request to a responsible person who can help me ?
