Stannah 260?

Hi,
Given a stannah 260 and with the help from welder mate, and engineering shop, got this to fit my elderly mother's home, taking her form lounge doorway right up to her bedroom. Just put the carriage on and it will only go up! Relay clicks in on that but nothing on other relay. Checked all wiring from togle switch and continuity there. My guess a board issue. Any thoughts.
