Mend BT 4600 Flashing Lights Unit

BT 4600 phone problem?

Why is there a green flashing lights on the base unit of my BT4600 phone. No calls are getting through.

Keep getting 50 full calls message up even tho I have received no calls. I delete and message returns within a short time
