Mend Bosch HBN 7052GB Oven Replacement

How to replace element on Bosch oven HBN 7052GB?

I need to replace the element on a Bosch fan oven - HBN 7052GB. Do I need to remove the oven to do this? If I switch off the mains power can I do it all from inside the oven? I have read about needing to remove the fan.
