Why are 4 rads not working and 8 are?

I have a small bore heating system on three floors. 4 radiators on different floors are not working and the other 8 are. They have all been bled but is not making any differents. There is no heat going in on the infeed pipe work. Why?

Are the radiators fitted with TRV's?

If so, you'll probably find that the TRV has got stuck and needs a whack on the pin (Remove the head and you'll see the pin).

If not, check that both ends of the rad are turned on.
