peugeot 406 fuel pump or relay problem?

my car this am would not start , i called the recovery people who said it could be the fuel pump or the relay my car is a p reg 406 petrol and i dont no where the relay for the pump is or how to remove the pump to check it or really any advice given would be good thanks
