Have downloaded tunes from the computer, but when i turn the player on it seems to get stuck on 'Internal updating music library' and wont do anything else, even if i plug it into the computer it wont register as a device. if anyone can help would be most grateful.
switch it off plug into pc switch on use widows media player sync to load device and unload device to suit when sync finished safe remove device wait till library is updated about 10 mins for full 2 gig then replace battery as first one will be dud by now then wait for uodate again then play but not in the order you loaded it in

hi, had the same problem so took it back. had 3 more since and all have some problem, ie, not recognised orfreezing or losing tracks. hope next one ok.
