mondeo lxd turbo 1995 starts when it feels like it once started it is fine soon has you stop there is a problem, you can see the fuel going to the filter but when it should stay in the filter it is being sucked back in and you have to go thrrough the startup all over again
i had the same prob with my car your best bet is to fit a non return valve to your car it is not to hard if you no what you are doing.

have same motor it would take ages to start.i just changed my glow plugs.starts first time.get them done at a garage;because your system needs bled.its not expensive about 50 quid
