I went to straighten my hair this morning and my ghd's light did not even come on. has anybody used the service and repair centre, are they safe? I cant be without them, my life is in tatters!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are just over a year old and I purchased them on ebay from ghd4u.
Ive got the same problem. What you need to do is either contact the seller on ebay or contact GHD themselves. I bought my from toni&guy hairdressers last april. I still have the recepeit and there still under warranty luckily so im going up today and they have got to send them off :(
