indesit w103 washing machine fault?

Dial turning round and clicking but not stopping or bring in water even though plumbed in ,machine is quite old but work fine before this problem

it sounds like there is either a coin or bra wire stuck in the pump chamber to the bottom of that machine causing a blockage so the machine cannot empty so it cant do a new cycle - if you call an engineer (of which i am one) it should cost you about £30-£35 in the north (above watford) to repair (assuming the pump is ok £60 all in if it needs a new pump. regards Nick (Nix electrical services Blackpool 01253 342808)
