After replacing the brushes on my Hotpoint Aquarius 800 WM13 I can no longer get the door to open. When the door release button is depressed there seems to be a lack of resistance.
Any advice?
THE DOOR RELEASE CABLE IS CONNECTED TO THE MOTOR.
LOOKS LIKE A BIKE BRAKE CABLE WITH A FLAP ON IT WHICH RESTS ON THE DRIVE BELT. TO OPEN THE DOOR ,THE FLAP BIT HAS TO SIT DIRECTLY ONTO THE BELT. MAKE SURE THIS IS STILL CONNECTED.
