Press * (just left to the digit 4) and then press '# id' (below), It will show 'SSW', select '12. Clear' with left arrow at top and press Ok, select 'All' with left arrow and press Ok, it will show 'Please Wait', Just power off your machine for 2 minutes and when U switch On your machine U will find it solved. Yes it works

E000 means there is a problem with the fuser unit not getting hot. Will probably require a new one.

Press special funtion key followed by # (id) and then select printer option.
there is printer reset option press ok for it.
It will show printer reset yes no
Switch off the machine at that point and wait for 5 sec and turn on the machine
