How can I fix my Jura Impressa X5 coffee machine?

How can Ifix my Jura Impressa coffee machine?
Some one in the office added Coffee Mate(a powdered milk)
and it's since clogged up!
We have descaled it but we get 2 error messages error 8 & error 6 coming up.
The guys have had the pipework of and the pump is pumping but no flow to the taps
Please Help!!!!!!

full and complete strip down and flush is required.
soak all tubing,parts in water overnight.
check all parts ,jets are clear.

Sorry, youll have to disasamble the unit and rinse it manually. Alittle work, will take you a couple of hours.
