My car is quite had to start and also it seems to over heat as I can here pressure coming out of the tank I put collant in to I have just changed the thermostat do you think it could need A NEW WATER PUPMP
have u checked the fuse for the fan is ok or it could be a blocked rad which is quiet easy to sort remove bottom hose from rad and flush through with a hose for about 15 minutes hope this helps from martin

your head gasket may be gone .is the tempt high when running for a while leavethe cap off water tank when cold run car look at water see if there is any bubbles rising in the water
