Help me!! my set duraband CG5660-M won't switch on at all?

hi i have a duraband CG5660-M and partner did something to it last night and because i haven't got the manual i can't fix the problem. well the problem in question is this i can't switch the damn thing it's permantley on the red power light and next to it is the green lock light, now when i try to press the power button it does nothing what so ever and it's not even asking for an un-lock code so please help me i'm in a bit of a pickle
