My Proline DWI5212P Has flashing lights and beeping...Help!?

Hi,

i have just finished fitting a new kitchen and much to my frustration, the new Proline DWI5212P that i fitted has stopped working - everytime we try to start a cycle it tries to start then (working left to right) lights 1, 2 and 4 of 5 flash on and off and the chime keeps beeping.

it was working fine for the first 3 weeks but has just stopped today. obviously, i can find the manual for each new appliance except for the dishwasher - sods law. can anyone help? do you know what may be causing this or where i can get a new manual?

i suspect it may be something to do with the water draining away as there is quite a bit standing in the bottom. i cleared it once by unplumbing everything and draining it into a bowl, but it was a slow process and the same problem came back. the filters should stop anything getting into the system thugh shouldn't they?!
