you will need a new barrell...remove the handles,,,,,remove the screw that holds the barrell tight,,,,,use a pliers on either side of the barrell and bend the barrell in opposite directions until it snaps in two,,(it is easily done).....and just replace the new barrell

You could drill out the barrel, which should free the cam.
