Hello, I just looked into my washer..
But first I had to get it out of the house,,it was too heavy with all that water in it
So,,I used my wet or dry vacuum to suck the wayer out (about 7 gallons) and it was much lighter.
I took off the pump and found the pump motor splines had stripped the matching splines in the pump.
A dime had went through there and was still up in the
drain tube. I had to take that off and shake it out -clear out of the gooseneck at the top. It only flows one way.. It's costing me $161.00 for a new pump,
Make sure you get the drain tubes all the way back in place..
