hotpoint wd440 fills when switched off and programmes not working?
Hi
My hotpoint wd440 has started to fill when switched off and the on/off button is flashing about 5 times per second, the programmes will not work and it refuses to empty itself.
It is 12 months old but 4 days out of guarentee so hotpoint will charge £90 for a visit. does anyone have any ideas please?

My WD440 has done exactly the same. Get covered by warranty and just say it has only just happened. Its bad I would not recommand Hotpoint to anyone. My dryer keeps breaking down as well and they dont make the part 2 fix it anymore.
