hoover spinarinse spinning but not emptying?

Check the pump is not full of excess material ,

unplug it

pull it out
get it so you lean it on its front
Remove back panels
Dissasemble pump (Near water outlet pipe)
Assemble

You may need soon pipe gripes to remove / assemble pipes
