Change the hinge of Hotpoint Aquarius 1000?

The top of the hinge of my Aquarius 1000 is broken and a piece has got stuck in one of the hinge bearings (plastic part), so that the door falls off when not closed.
I'll order the parts that I need from hotpoint (hinge + hinge bearing kit) but l don't know how to take apart the door. l need to take off the hinge bearings to replace them as well as the new hinge.

So if anyone knows how to take the door apart and then put it back together please let me know.
