Kenmore UltraWash won't clean dishes in the top rack?
When our floors were repaired, our dishwasher was removed and replaced. Since that time, it has not been cleaning the upper rack thoroughly or evenly at all. I have tried pulling it back out and re-leveling it twice with no luck. All the parts appear to be operational. Any ideas what might be going on??
I just had this same problem with my Fridgedaire. Turns out mine was caused by not enough water in the tub. My drain hose was too low and the water was syphoning out. As a result, there wasn't enough water for the pump to pump it up to the top. Try bending your drain hose up higher than the water level. Hope this helps.
