when the combi boiler is switched on for central heating the boiler makes a moaning noise every so often,is this a pressure problem or air trapped

pressure reading is one and a half bars,and the heating heats up quite quick,the temperature of the radiators is hot and have turned the temperature control down on the boiler but it has not changed

what is the pressure reading ? could be a pump failing, does system heat up quick ? may be full of sludge.
