One cold radiator?

Many thanks to hi-spec plumbing. You advice is sound, all working now.

system is unbalanced. try turning your pump up to full speed . see if that shifts the air lock. or close the other rads down slightly to feed the cold one more flow, remember to count how many turns you shut each valve so you can put them back when you shift the airlock.
