Mend Electrolux Fridge Way Too Cold

Fridge way too cold?

My small Electrolux fridge is also way too cold. I switched it off for the weekend and found everything rock hard and penguins ice-skating at the bottom of it on my return. Is it anything to do with the wire thing near the top?
