We have fitted a new water pump on a vectra and now we are not getting any ignition spart have tried all the usual stuff turned it 180 and rechecked all the timming is there anything we may have missed out please help need car back on road yesterday lol
We have not moved the crank sensor as the belthas not been taken off just new water pump fitted the car now starts be it take a few rotations b4 it fires but is running very rough and the timming is set correctly we fear it may have chucked a valve or 2

have you checked crank postion sensor? it may have got dis- lodged dirty, broken not connectted back up
