Mend Dodge Caravan C Blower Air Not Come

Heater/A/c blower works but air does not come out vents?

2000 Dodge Caravan , 66 200 miles , heater/a/c control does not work. The dial that should direct air flow to "feet" or "head" does not work. All air come out the defrost vents. How can this be fixed???
