snapper. mod.35259919 ser.33125138e 12.5 hp sr140?

my snapper riding mower at times when cutting the speed decrease very slow it can hardly go uphill, also on even ground.the engine does`t die down it just moving slowly.

You probably have an oil leak at the base of the engine and it is getting on the wheel that drives the mower.
